No Refund Policy
All course fees paid to Web D School are non-refundable. Once a student has enrolled in a course and the payment has been made, no refund will be provided under any circumstances.
Course Access
Students receive access to course materials, LMS content, class recordings, learning resources, and faculty support after enrollment. As these resources are made available immediately, course fees are non-refundable.
Batch Changes
Subject to management approval and availability, students may request a batch transfer or deferment. Such requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis and do not constitute a refund.
Cancellation by Web D School
If a course or batch is cancelled by Web D School and no suitable alternative batch or course can be provided, the management will determine an appropriate resolution, which may include rescheduling or other suitable arrangements.
Acceptance of Policy
By enrolling in any course at Web D School, the student acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
