Vinci Studio is MaxEdge’s studio-style training environment where students work using professional frameworks and review standards. It is not employment — it is an apprenticeship-style ecosystem designed to prepare you for real agency work.
In the first 3 months, you work on simulated studio briefs designed for training. After that, the top 10–15% performers may be promoted to Studio Interns and become eligible to contribute to selected internal brand projects. This is performance-based and not guaranteed.
Regular Training: Assignments, grades, generic feedback.
Vinci Studio: Professional briefs, approval & revision cycles, framework-based reviews, and portfolio built to agency standards. This difference becomes clear in interviews when you explain your work using professional language (BRIDGE), not just visuals.
Campus training for the graphic design course in Chennai offers physical studio access, in-person mentoring, and classroom collaboration. Online training follows the same job-oriented curriculum, delivered through live instructor-led sessions with remote feedback.
